This home is located in one of the first tract neighborhoods in Petaluma. Our client had a vision to add a second story to the home and reprogram the the first floor. The house will maintain its classic stucco exterior and trademark charm of the neighborhood.
ADU Garage Conversion

This property is located on the North West side of Petaluma. It is on an agriculturally zoned parcel of land along the scenic corridor aimed to maintain the roads country aesthetic. The client for this project consulted our team to explore options for an ADU conversion from an existing garage on the property. We are currently providing feasibility reports and in aim to start the design phase of the project soon.

Rustic covered deck addition

Petaluma, 2024
This project is located just outside of downtown Petaluma on a multifamily property. The client wanted to replace and extend the street-side porch and add a new shed roof. The client also wanted to incorporate a rustic aesthetic consistent with the other structures on the property. The design incorporates Alaskan yellow cedar wood, corrugated galvalume roofing, and composite decking.
